November 21 – SEGA will be releasing SEGA LABBIES™, a unique plush toy series featuring teddy bears dressed as popular SEGA and ATLUS characters, at SEGA Store Tokyo and SEGA Store Shanghai starting December 19, 2025.
SEGA LABBIES™ Stop-Motion Video
As the first wave in the series, the lineup features Sonic the Hedgehog from SEGA’s Sonic series, Kazuma Kiryu from the Like a Dragon series, and Joker from ATLUS’s Persona 5 Royal.

SEGA has made the leap from a digital 2D landscape to a cuddly 3D world. These plush characters were brought to life through Dwarf Studios’ stop-motion animation, combined with the hand-drawn artwork I spent a month creating.
Our handcrafted style blends seamlessly with SEGA LABBIES. Please give it a watch!

Unlike our usual three-dimensional stop-motion work, this project uses a technique where we cut out the 2D illustrations drawn by Aomatsu and animate them through stop-motion.
