October 19, 2026 – SEGA has released the latest details in the Football Manager 27 (FM27) feature deep dive series, showcasing the Manager Creator, Newgens, and Accessibility options. FM27 is the newest entry in the popular football management series developed by Sports Interactive, and will launch on November 11, 2026, for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S, PC (Steam / Epic / Windows), Mac, and Netflix.

In the Manager Creator, you’ll discover a greater variety in body types as well as additional ethnicity options and updates to facial features and skin. Facial hair has been improved, while the hair physics improvements showcased in our Match Day Experience deep dive also apply here to give your character more personality.
Expressing your individuality also comes from what you wear. Hats are now a staple of your wardrobe – with both woolen hats and caps available. There are also a host of new and refreshed clothing items, including a new shirt and sweater combination, as well as scarves and gloves as new accessories. Whatever you wear, you’ve got more freedom to finesse your look thanks to the reintroduction of the colour picker. Additionally, the ability to set your Favourite Club has returned, allowing you to specify up to four favourite clubs before your career begins.

Within the Manager Creator, you’ll discover the ability to create a manager that’s a wheelchair user. Choosing an electric-powered style of wheelchair is reflected across all relevant areas of the game, from the start screen to match day cutscenes. Should you go on to win football’s biggest prizes, trophy lift plinths have been reconfigured to ensure accessibility for all.

Newgens have taken another step forward, with skin, colourisation, and hair all improved, alongside refreshed camera angles and lighting to illuminate profiles better than before.
