July 29, 2026 – SEGA is thrilled to announce that the Closed Network Test for Crazy Taxi: World Tour, launching in 2027 for XBOX Series X|S, XBOX on PC, Steam, PlayStation®5, and Nintendo Switch™ 2, will begin on September 12, 2026. Sign up today and be among the first to speed into online multiplayer.
The Closed Network Test features two modes: Pickup Race, where cabbies compete to see who can drop off all their passengers first, and Cops ‘n’ Cabbies, a chaotic clash between the taxi drivers and the police.
In both modes, play Ranked Matches against other players near your Driver Rank, or create Custom Matches with your own rulesets.
