A Special Stage with Yuki Kaji and More About Tokyo Game Show 2026 Booth Info Revealed
September 11, 2026 – SEGA is excited to reveal the first installment of the commentary video series “DEEP BITE” for Stupid Never Dies, a brand-new action RPG launching October 22, 2026, for PlayStation®5 and Steam.
“DEEP BITE” is a video series in which the development team shares the game’s unique features and key highlights. Leading up to launch, additional details will be released regularly on the SEGA Official YouTube channel.
For the first video of the series, join director Eiichiro Sasaki for a look at Davy as he brawls with his unrelenting zombie fighting style, devours enemies to steal their powers, and grows stupid strong, stupid fast.
Stupid Never Dies | DEEP BITE #1 – Action
Funky Zombie Action
Davy’s zombie body lets you stay on the attack, unafraid of death. Take damage? Devour enemies to recover. Steal enemy abilities, then mow down even more foes. Your offense is your best defense.
– Unique Biting Action
The heart of combat in Stupid Never Dies lies in attacking enemies to fill the Bite Gauge, then spending meter to devour enemies for more HP. Keep an eye out for certain monsters that grant Davy new abilities.
– Stupid Parry
With a Stupid Parry, you’ll charge headfirst into an enemy’s attack. Though you’ll take some damage, quickly follow up with a bite to restore your HP. Against enemy Heat Attacks, this move can lead to some powerful counterattacks.
– Style Eat
Consume the cores of elite monsters to steal their powers. Freely switch between 11 different Styles like Werewolf, Harpy, and Golem as you fight your way through the dungeon.
– Davy Burst
Unleash Davy’s imagination to temporarily transform reality and dramatically boost all of his abilities. Turn the battlefield into a dance floor and plaster your foes with all kinds of graffiti.
■ Stupid Never Dies Heads to Tokyo Game Show 2026
Stupid Never Dies will be showcased at Tokyo Game Show 2026 (TGS2026), which will be held at Makuhari Messe from September 17 to September 21, 2026.
The game will be featured in a variety of activities, including a special video presentation at the “SEGA PARTNERS IMMERSIVE THEATER” within the SEGA/ATLUS booth, a stage event featuring voice actor Yuki Kaji as a special guest, a live gameplay demonstration hosted by Director Eiichiro Sasaki, and the distribution of exclusive original novelties.
1. Stupid Never Dies First Bite Showcase Feat. Yuki Kaji
GPTRACK50’s producer Hiroyuki Kobayashi and director Eiichiro Sasaki will take the stage alongside voice actor Yuki Kaji to showcase the game at 1:30 PM (JST) on September 17.
