In Metaphor: ReFantazio, we wanted to use the fantasy genre as a conduit to explore the idea that the world can change—and that we ourselves can change as well.
When we completed the game, we honestly couldn’t predict the impact it would have. The response from players around the world ended up far exceeding our wildest expectations.
