A former yakuza legend known as the Dragon of Dojima.
His kindness and generosity have earned him the trust of many people. He currently runs Morning Glory Orphanage in Okinawa, where he looks after his adoptive daughter Haruka and 8 other children.
However, a land dispute involving the orphanage draws Kiryu out of retirement and back into the criminal underworld.
