January 21, 2026 – SEGA is thrilled to announce that a free demo for Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties, releasing on February 12, 2026, will be available on PlayStation®5, Nintendo Switch™ 2, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam from January 22.

This demo will give you a taste of both Yakuza Kiwami 3 and Dark Ties. Explore the vibrant streets of Okinawa and Tokyo, enjoy a variety of minigames, duke it out in exhilarating combat, and experience engrossing substories.

Demo Content

Yakuza Kiwami 3

• Play through part of the main story and select substories.
• Explore Downtown Ryukyu.
• Engage in enhanced combat with Kiryu’s Dragon of Dojima: Kiwami and Ryukyu battle styles.
• Enjoy karaoke and other minigames.
• Personalize your flip phone with a selection of accessories.
• Dress Kiryu in stylish apparel before heading out on the town.

Dark Ties

• Play through part of the main story.
• Explore parts of Kamurocho.
• Punish enemies using Mine’s shootboxing-inspired battle style.
• Enjoy mahjong and other minigames.
