April 14, 2025 – SEGA is thrilled to announce that Sonic Rumble, an upcoming title for iOS, Android, Steam, and Google Play Games, will be hosting the SEGA Stars crossover event in regions eligible for the game’s Pre-Launch. Until May 7, 2025, unlock new Skins from the SEGA classics Super Monkey Ball, Altered Beast, and Fantasy Zone.
SEGA Stars Event Underway!
Worlds collide, as popular characters from the legendary SEGA titles Super Monkey Ball, Altered Beast, and Fantasy Zone join the playable roster of Sonic Rumble, accompanied by a ton of additional content! This SEGA Stars event is just a taste of what’s to come, with a host of SEGA characters planned for the future. SEGA Stars Crossover Event Announcement Trailer
The SEGA Stars Event Pass makes it possible to unlock Werewolf, a Skin based on the protagonist’s powered-up form from the SEGA Genesis hit title Altered Beast. Additionally, players who pick up the Premium Event Pass will receive Weredragon from Altered Beast and Opa-Opa from Fantasy Zone. The game also features a wide assortment of exciting items on offer. Stop by the Ring Shop to pick up Upa-Upa and Werebear or visit the Red Star Ring Shop to purchase AiAi and MeeMee from the Super Monkey Ball series. That’s not all, any characters you acquire during the SEGA Stars crossover will be available to use even after the event ends!
Equip your favorite character Skin, roll into Sonic Rumble’s battles with up to 31 other players, and show off your love for SEGA’s classic titles!
