August 20, 2025 – SEGA is excited to reveal that Dr. Eggman from the Sonic series will appear in the SEGA Villains Stage DLC of SHINOBI: Art of Vengeance, which releases on August 29, 2025, for PlayStation®4, PlayStation®5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch™, and Steam.

In the SEGA Villains Stage DLC, iconic villains from SEGA classics will appear as bosses. Among them is Dr. Eggman, the self-proclaimed evil genius from the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
