FM26 Revamped Transfers and Recruitment
FM26 brings huge improvements to transfers and recruitment, offering even more options for team building. Manage your scoutings, signings, and releases as you work toward building the ultimate squad.
When starting your career, it is vital to analyse your club’s strengths and weaknesses. Identifying these early on will help you approach the transfer market with a clear strategy for the season ahead.
Recruitment Focuses make their return in FM26. Set criteria such as position, league, or age group to narrow down a list of players who’d fit your squad, giving you more options when strengthening your club.
FM26 also features better integration with TransferRoom, the digital marketplace for real-world transfers. Requirements let you outline your specific needs on the transfer market, while Pitch Opportunities show which players other clubs in your game world have up for negotiation.
To further streamline recruitment, you can have an intermediary handle negotiations, use the new Bookmarks feature to quickly navigate your frequently used recruitment screens, and take advantage of several other new tools.
