Chain Simulator mode and 6 new characters added!
June 27, 2024 – SEGA has released the Version 1.3.0 update for their puzzle adventure game Puyo Puyo Puzzle Pop on Apple Arcade today.
With this third update, players can hone their skills in Chain Simulator—a new mode where you can freely place Puyo and practice setting off chains, play as 6 new characters in a series of additional stories, and pick up 6 bonus songs from the in-game shop.

With the new Chain Simulator feature, freely place Puyo anywhere and create strategic combos in 6 different modes. You can even share your original chains with other players by passing them a 2D barcode and password!
Meet 6 New Characters
Stories for Rulue, Ecolo, Dark Prince, Witch, Ocean Prince, and Yu & Rei have been added to Adventure Mode! Once you clear each of their stories, you’ll be able to play as them!
