Follow a young girl – the titular Kejora as she and her friends seek out on a journey to uncover the origins of the mysterious time loop cursed on her village. Kejora is developed by Indonesian developer Berangin Creative, and published by Soft Source.
First announced in 2021, Kejora has undergone changes in its direction and genre since then, with the switch to a narrative puzzle adventure introduced in 2023. Despite all the changes, Kejora has always maintained its stunning, hand-drawn visuals at the heart of the game. Heavily inspired by the art of works of Studio Ghibli, the hand-drawn art and animation of Kejora has been likened to its inspirer, with a decidedly Southeast Asian touch.
About Kejora

After Kejora and her friends come face to face with a towering eldritch monster in a nearby forest, they are forced to embark on an adventure that spans mysterious caves and abandoned structures, to save their village.

First Impressions for Kejora
“What stuck out most to me about Kejora was its art style. There’s an adorable Ghibli-like look to it and not only do the cutscenes look beautiful but the characters themselves and the background settings are stunning as well.
Kejora does not have a release date just yet but this short demo was a great glimpse of what to expect. I can’t wait to see more from this adorable puzzle platformer.”
– Becca Smith, Six One Indie
“When it was first revealed in 2021, Indonesian studio Berangin Creative and their upcoming game Kejora looked to be one of the best-looking titles in the region. Taking inspiration from slice-of-life anime, Kejora brought the Indonesian countryside to life.”
