Revamped Career Setup
In FM26, you’ll be able to choose between two starting modes: Quick Start and Advanced Setup. Managers can choose to immediately dive right in or fully customise the world before starting their careers. Alongside the series’s largest selection of playable countries to date, players will have access to a host of women’s leagues and newly licensed leagues, all of which can be freely configured.
Display settings, the transfer mode, and other options have been enhanced, allowing players to create the football world of their dreams.
Updated Manager and Profile Creation
The manager creator has been completely redesigned in FM26, allowing players to personalise their avatar – from physical appearance to backstory and personality.
Expanded presets and high-res visuals enable more detailed customisation for hairstyles, facial features, and clothing, with greater freedom to mix and match outfits and transport yourself into the game. The manager’s history is no longer limited to being a player, with added backgrounds in coaching, medical fields, refereeing, and more, affecting starting reputation and attributes, and swaying the direction of their career.
You can also select coaching styles and personality traits to further shape a manager’s philosophy and approach in-game, impacting the tendencies they gain or lose, offering better long-term growth and change.
